Due to port congestion, CMA CGM has made adjustments to the EUROSAL route
On November 12, CMA CGM announced that due to congestion in Caribbean hubs and Northern European ports, the operational situation is deteriorating, and CMA CGM has made adjustments to the EUROSAL route.
In order to maintain the integrity of our current weekly call schedules for all rotating ports and the Panama Canal, the EUROSAL route will suspend calls to Le Havre for a cycle of 10 weeks.
Sungreen Logistics has learned that COSCO Shipping Volga 0WCJNS1MA, scheduled to depart on November 16, 2024, will not call at Le Havre. The first ship to return to Le Havre will be the COSCO Shipping Volga, scheduled to sail on January 26, 2025.
During the suspension period, imports to Le Havre will be managed through transhipment in Antwerp. Goods exported from Le Havre to all destinations have the option of loading from Antwerp, ETD on Thursday, with a deadline of 4pm on Monday. Exports to the west coast of South America will be transshipped in Antwerp via the Victory Bridge (TDF). Shipments to Cartagena will be redirected via PCRF (D20). For other destinations, routing will be determined on a case-by-case basis, using PCRF or VICTORY BRIDGE as appropriate.
EUROSAL service rotation includes: Rotterdam, London Gateway, Hamburg, Antwerp, Caucedo, Cartagena, Manzanillo, Buenaventura, Posolja, Callao, SAN Antonio, Callao, Posolja, Manzanillo, Cartagena, Caucedo, Rotterdam.
