On February 10, Taiwan shipping company Yangming Shipping announced that it will upgrade Japan Kansai Express (JKX) from the beginning of March to further optimize its routes within Asia.
The JKX route will be extended to Haiphong in Vietnam to meet the growing market demand in the country.
The JKX route upgrade aims to strengthen Yangming Shipping's competitive position in Southeast Asia, take advantage of opportunities in emerging economies in the region, drive business growth in the internal Asian market, and provide customers with a wider range of more reliable and efficient transportation services.
Sungreen Logistics has learned that the upgraded JKX route will offer a 21-day round-trip voyage with a fixed weekly departure, and the port of call sequence of the JKX route will be: Osaka -- Kobe -- Keelung -- Kaohsiung -- Nansha -- Shekou -- Haiphong -- Hong Kong -- Shekou -- Osaka.
