The Company intends to pay a cash dividend of 1.45 yuan (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders on the basis of the total share capital registered on the registration date of the implementation of equity distribution. As of December 31, 2024, the total share capital of the company was 23.281 billion shares, based on which the total proposed cash dividend was 3.376 billion yuan (including tax). The company's cash dividend for the year (including the cash dividend distributed in the half year of 2024) totaled 4.540 billion yuan (including tax), accounting for 30.36% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the 2024 consolidated statement.
