ONE unveils Aegean Express (AEX) and Levant Express (LEX)
Earlier, Ocean Network Shipping (ONE) announced that it will launch two new Northern Europe/Mediterranean routes, Aegean Express (AEX) and Levant Express (LEX), in January 2025.
"Aegean Express (AEX) and Levant Express (LEX) are designed to enable businesses to improve supply chain performance by providing enhanced service selection and faster responsiveness," said ONE.
AEX services will be operated by four vessels per week, calling in order: London Gateway (UK), Antwerp (Belgium), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Piraeus (Greece), Istanbul (Turkey), Gebze (Turkey), Gomlik (Turkey), Aliaga (Turkey), Piraeus, London Gateway.
The figure shows the Aegean Sea fast shipping routes with ports in London, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Piraeus, Gebze, Gemlik, Istanbul, Izmir and Piraeus. It includes a rotation schedule and transit times.
The LEX service will also be operated by four container ships per week, calling in order: London Gateway (UK), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Hamburg (Germany), Antwerp (Belgium), Alexandria (Egypt), Damietta (Egypt), Mersin (Turkey), London Gateway.
