At the same time, the company comprehensively upgraded the "Dalian - Central and South America" route, and continuously consolidated the position of Dalian Port in the northeast region cold chain distribution center.
In addition, the company further increased the incremental business of empty container transportation and temporary loading, and completed the two batches of empty container transportation of nearly 10,000 TEU on the Southeast Asia route of Ocean Network shipping, helping the annual incremental work get off to a good start.

Faced with the frequent adverse weather such as fog and wind in the first quarter, Dalian Container Terminal Company gave full play to the radiation role of the two service brands of "excellent speed" and "high precision", and showed positive coping ability. By establishing the port and navigation coordination communication mechanism, optimizing the allocation of resources in the docking area, scientific organization of operations and other measures, the ship operation efficiency rose against the trend. Single machine efficiency increased by 7.8%, and berth efficiency increased by 14%. Among them, container throughput in March hit a new high in recent years.
While the production is hot, the company continues to report good news, and in the first quarter, it has won a number of honors such as "Global Terminal Efficiency Award" and "2024 Silk Road Maritime Route Quality Service Award", which is icing on the cake for the start.
Green transformation will foster new driving forces for development
Under the guidance of the "double carbon" goal, Dalian Container Terminal Company actively responds to the national green development strategy and continues to promote the electrification transformation of terminal equipment and the application of clean energy. In the first quarter, two electric empty container stackers and two electric small forklifts were successively put into operation, and the proportion of electric forklifts reached 30%.
At the same time, with the support of the trailer outsourcing company, eight new electric collection cards have been purchased and put into use, and the proportion of mobile mechanical fuel vehicles has been declining, providing strong support for the sustainable development of the port.
In addition, we continue to track the progress of wind power projects and the transformation of 13# berthing shore power facilities, further promote energy conservation and carbon reduction work, constantly optimize the new quality kinetic energy, promote the iterative upgrade of traditional ports to smart green ports, and add "energy" and "green" to the high-quality development of Liao Port Group.
