HMM has partnered with ONE to launch INX, a direct link between India and Northern Europe
On December 17, South Korea's Hyundai Merchant Marine HMM announced the launch of India Nordic Express (INX), a direct service from western India to Northern Europe.
The India Nordic Express (INX) is a partnership between HMM and ONE, and by expanding its coverage in Northern Europe, the INX service aims to support India's growing international trade by facilitating regional imports and exports and global transshipments through India.
Combined with the company's existing FIM (India to the Mediterranean) and IAX (India to the East Coast of the United States) services, the new service will further enrich HMM's service portfolio departing from India, HMM said.
The Indian Northern European Express (INX) is a weekly sea service, with its maiden voyage scheduled to depart Karachi, Pakistan on February 5, 2025 using a 6,000TEU container ship and complete in 11 weeks (R/V 77 days).
