ONE formed a new company with SEASPAN, the world's largest shipowner
On November 15, Ocean Network Shipping (ONE) announced the formation of a new company, OneSea Solutions Pte. Ltd. (ONESEA), with the world's largest shipping company, SEASPAN.

ONESEA, a solutions provider focused on ship technology management and maritime talent development, is jointly owned and operated by ONE and Cespan. The company will make full use of the rich experience and expertise accumulated by the two companies in the industry to provide more professional services.

Based in Singapore, ONESEA will provide technical ship management services for container vessels owned by ONE as well as vessels chartered by ONE from shipowners. ONESEA will pursue optimal safety, efficiency, decarbonization and digitization initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence in ONE vessel operations.

Seaspan is the world's leading owner and operator of maritime assets, focusing on long-term fixed rate leases to the world's most prominent shipping companies. As of June 30, 2024, Seaspan's operating fleet consisted of 217 vessels, including 41 undelivered new vessels (including PCTC), with a total fleet capacity of approximately 2.3 million TEU on a fully delivered basis.
