Yangming Shipping is offering a 13-month year-end bonus and a 3 per cent pay rise next year

Good revenue generation results in improved employee benefits

Yangming Shipping consolidated revenue in the third quarter of 2024 was 72.838 billion yuan (NT $, the same below), and net profit after tax was 28.367 billion yuan, an increase of 9.11 times year-on-year, hitting a two-year single-quarter high. In the first three quarters, the cumulative consolidated revenue was 169.229 billion yuan, the net profit after tax was 51.634 billion yuan, an increase of 7.5 times year-on-year, and the earnings per share (EPS) reached 14.79 yuan.

Based on the outstanding performance, Yangming Shipping employees not only usher in salary adjustment, but also may get a high year-end bonus. Legal person estimates that in 2024, Yangming's annual EPS is about 18 to 20 yuan, and year-end bonuses and bonuses are expected to reach 21 months.
