Cma CGM will soon open a self-operated Marine line to the West coast of Central America
CMA CGM (CMA CGM) announced on December 10 that it will open the Central American West Coast Marine line CMA CGM Maya Service, dedicated to serving the Central American West Coast region, and provide weekly services, completely operated by CMA CGM.

CGM, said the Service was put into operation, the new airline Maya complied with the region's dynamic market, aimed at resolving the local difficulties recently, at the same time embodies the CGM is committed to providing high quality services and support the determination of the customer business growth.

Sungreen Logistics has learned that the first flight is scheduled to depart on Jan 2, 2025 and will be carried by "CMA CGM SURABAYA" on the voyage number 0UC01S1MA.

The port of call of Maya Service for this route is: Lazaro Cardenas - Puerto Caldera - Corinto - Acajutla - Puerto Quetzal - Lazaro Cardenas.

The new route Maya Service is more reliable and consists of a fleet of two dedicated vessels operated by CMA CGM SURABAYA and MAGDALENA SCHULTE, providing weekly direct loop service.

Cma said in the announcement that the route call port order will be further adjusted. Phase 1: From 2 January to 10 April 2025, the route will pass through Lazaro Cardenas; Phase 2: Starting from April 10, 2025, the departure port will be changed to Buenaventura.
