At the same time, the Port of Shanghai has realized the "ship-to-ship" synchronous refueling operation of green methanol fuel for large container ships, becoming the first port in China with the capacity of ship-to-ship refueling of green methanol.
At the same time, actively promote the digitalization of shipping trade, and constantly expand the application of electronic bills of lading and electronic cargo release in the field of port shipping. From January to September 2024, Shanghai port completed electronic delivery of more than 310,000 tickets, totaling more than 930,000 TEUs.
